Does hypnosis really work?
Yes, hypnosis has worked and continues to work for thousands of people. It's simple, fast and effective.
The step-by-step approach in hypnosis allows you to understand the reason and root cause if any issue you struggle with. Understanding is power, and understanding in hypnosis is the most phenomenal, transforming, liberating power.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Yes, as long as you wish to be hypnotized. Experience of hypnosis will be different for everyone each time. Clients may initially state that "it didn't work" but report significant change later.
What happens during hypnosis?
During hypnosis the hypnotist induces a state of intense concentration or focused attention. This is a guided process with verbal cues and repetition. Hypnosis may place seeds of different thoughts in your mind during the trance like state and soon those changes take root and prosper.
How long can hypnosis last?
A session can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the topic.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Most people describe the feeling of being hypnotized as being calm, physically and mentally relaxed and are able to focus deeply on what they are thinking about.
How do I know if I'm hypnotized?
Your breathing slows down and most of your muscles become relaxed. Some say there is a sense of distance from where you are, the passage of time gets distorted and you often feel a pleasant, almost euphoric state of peace. Some become very focused on their thoughts.
Do you remember hypnosis?
You could recall or remove certain memories, it varies from person to person how much is recalled.
How do you feel after a hypnosis session?
Most people feel drowsy afterwards and most people sleep well afterwards.
Will I be under the practitioners power during the hypnosis?
No, you are awake and aware of everything that is happening throughout the session and cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind and is an important part of everyday life. Whenever our mind wanders, daydreams or is focused on something you are in a state of hypnosis.
What if I remember some unpleasant scenes during regression?
Regression is an invaluable way to discover the source of any issue. You will not re-experience anything (physical pain for example), but will simply revisit and observe events or experiences from the past. What you see may bring up some old emotions, but you will feel completely safe to let them go as you observe them. If you experience an abreaction during a session, the practitioner will gently guide you out of hypnosis.
